What is the minimum order?
Our minimum order is just 12 rash guards — enough for a class or a small team — with bulk tiers that fall steeply across fleets and multi-site programmes.
How fast will my custom rash guards arrive?
Your free mockup lands within 24 hours and finished guards ship in about 2 weeks. Where a competition or season start is fixed we put the ship date in writing and tell you the artwork cut-off.
What does the UPF rating actually mean?
It is a tested number, and we quote it the way it was tested. Protection comes from weave density, and fabric stretched over shoulders opens up — so we specify fabric that holds its rating stretched and wet, not a label on a thin pale shirt.
Why flatlock seams?
Because the garment exists to stop rash, and a raised seam in a wear zone recreates it. Flatlock construction and seam placement away from chest, shoulder and underarm contact are what make a rash guard worth wearing.
Will the print peel or fade?
Not if it is in the fibre. We dye-sublimate, so the colour is part of the fabric and survives salt, chlorine and mat friction. The honest limit: sublimation needs a light synthetic base, so a solid-black garment constrains the artwork and we say so.
Compression or relaxed fit?
They do different jobs. Compression for grappling and racing — snug, longer hem, sized by chest measurement. Relaxed for surf, swim school and resort wear. We ask the use before the quantity.
Is a rash guard warm?
No, and we will not sell it as one. A rash guard blocks sun and abrasion; it adds no meaningful warmth. If your season needs insulation, that is a wetsuit conversation and a different supplier.
Can you handle names, numbers and groups?
Yes — sublimation prints before sewing, so per-person names, numbers and swim-school level bands are file changes, not decoration steps, and the batch arrives sorted by group.
